Preparation
· Mingle all ingredients except water, milk and orange juice

· Now add bit by bit liquid ingredients and mingle gently till a homogeneous dough develops. Out of this dough prepare globes á 150 g, give them shape of "ears" by using your palms and let rest for 1 ½ to 2 h.

· Bake in oil (sunflower oil) on low heat (they are not supposed to change colour or get any darker), drain on kitchen paper, roll in sugar and serve

1 kg flour
400 g sugar
6 eggs
peel of 3 lemons
2 small bags of baking powder
100 g lard
1 cup anise
aniseeds
½ glass of water
½ glass of milk
juice of one orange
