Preparation
· Divide bread into mouth-friendly pieces and moisten with some water

· Add tomatoes (already cut into pieces), let bread soak in tomato juice

· Cut and add garlic, fish and olive oil

· Season with salt, ready to serve

400 g "crostres" dried bread, found in bakeries in Ibiza
100 g dried fish
4 tomatoes
2 teeth of garlic
3 dl. olive oil
